On Sunday, September 23, The Bluff Church will be voting on Darin Kleeman as our interim Co-Pastor.     Job Description/Requirements for Interim Co-Pastor:   - Work as a team with Co-Pastor ( Dave Elledge)   - Minimum 20 hours per week    - Office hours at The Bluff on at least 2 days per week    - Regular planning meetings with Co-Pastor    - Sunday morning preaching    - Assist with tear down each week on Sundays    - Give leadership to Relentless Youth Ministry in conjunction with Relentless leadership team    - Wednesday evening leadership at Relentless    - Regular worship planning with Co-Pastor & Worship Leader (Stephanie Hefner)    - Serve as a non-voting part of the Elder Team    - Work in conjunction with Co-Pastor in planning and execution of community service projects    - Work in conjunction with Co-Pastor in contact/visitation of church family members, newcomers to the church, and others (illness, bereavement, etc)    - Salary based on $25,000 annual rate  - 1 week vacation for 6 months service  - Search Team will re-evaluate the process in 3 months.
